Anna Tamarkina

Graduated from the Central Music School of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory (2005),
then the Conservatory (2010, Special Piano class of Professor N.V. Trull, Chamber Ensemble class of Professor T.A. Alikhanov, People’s Artist of Russia), in 2013 — assistantship-internship (chamber ensemble).

Winner of numerous competitions, including the I International D.D. Shostakovich Chamber Ensembles Competition (Moscow, 2008), the XVIII International Chamber Ensembles Competition (Greece, 2008),
the XXII International Camillo Togni Competition (Brescia, Italy, 2010), and the N.G. Rubinstein International Chamber Ensembles and Quartets Competition (Moscow, 2010). She has performed in concert halls in Russia, Italy, Switzerland, Greece, the UAE, etc. Her stage partners included V. Ivanov, I. Gavrysh, Dm. Sitkovetsky, N. Borisoglebsky, A. Usov, L. Zhelezny. In 2008, she received the prize for the best accompanist at the IX International Television Competition for Young Musicians "The Nutcracker". Official accompanist of the XIV International Tchaikovsky Competition (Moscow, 2011), I and II Vladimir Spivakov International Competition (Ufa, 2016 and 2018), III and IV Viktor Tretyakov International Violin Competition (Krasnoyarsk, 2023 and 2025).

Winner of the prize for the best accompanist in the Violin nomination at the XVI International Tchaikovsky Competition (Moscow, 2019). Works at the Gnessin Special Music School, the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, and the Maimonides State Classical Academy.
