My actions after confirmation of participation in the competition?
Inform the organizers of your arrival time no later than the end of August. Please note that the amount of up to $ 500 spent on the purchase of tickets is returned only to 12 participants who will successfully pass the first round of the competition in Krasnoyarsk. Please keep all your boarding passes and payment documents.
How to get from the airport to the hotel?
Organizers of Competition will met and accompanying every participant from the airport Krasnoyarsk to the hotel in case if the participant send them the data of the flight (day and time of landing in Krasnoyarsk and the number of flight).

What are the main conditions of hotel accommodation?
According to the rules of the Competition all the participants stay in double rooms. Two persons in one room. All the rooms were paid by the organizers till the end of the Competition. Breakfast and lunch are also offer to the all of participants till the end of the Competition. Breakfast will served in the Hotel (buffet), lunch - in the dining room of the art institute of Krasnoyarsk. Participant who wants to stay in a single room or in the double room but alone must pay the difference between the cost. Is it possible to book the room in the same hotel for the accompanying person?
It is possible. You can inform the hotel at reception@hotelkrs.ru In the subject line indicate «The participant of the Viktor Tretyakov Competition and your last name and pay the accommodation of the accompanying person on arrival. Administration of the hotel will send you price list in the response to your email.
Is it possible to arrive and check-into the hotel a few days before the 22 of September?

Is it possible to rehearse in the hotel room?
It is possible to rehearse, but with a mute. In other case you can rehearse in classes of the art institute of Krasnoyarsk (15 minutes walk from the hotel).
