Laureates and winners of special prizes

22 contestants from 6 countries such as Russia, China, Slovenia, Japan, Canada, Kazakhstan claimed their rights to become the winner of the prestigious music competition

The names of the strongest musicians were announced at the Closing Ceremony of the III Viktor Tretyakov International Violin Competition:

They are:

Grand Prize and 1 200 000 roubles goes to Lin Ruifeng, China

I prize and 1 000 000 roubles goes to Daniil Leonid Kogan, Russia / Canada

Daniil also won:
• special prize of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Region — 500 000 roubles;

• special prize of Valery Gergiev —performance with Mariinsky Orchestra;

• special prize of Zaradye — performance with the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia in Zaradye Concert Hall on November 8, 2023

II prize and 800 000 roubles was divided by the jury between Aleksandra Li and Stefaniya Pospekhina, Russia

• Stefaniya Pospekhina is also awarded with the special prize of Daniel Austrich for the best performance of the work by Sergei Rachmaninoff - the certificate for free participation in the Forge of Violin Artistry summer school. She also won the special prize of Alexander Tchaikovsky - the performance in the Chamber Hall of the Moscow Staye Philharmonic Society

• Aleksandra Li also won the special prize of the Krasnoyarsk Chamber Orchestra - the performance with the Krasnoyarsk Chamber Orchestra next season

III prize and 500 000 roubles goes to Imagawa Kokoro, Japan.

IV prize and 300 000 roubles goes to Galiya Zharova, Russia.

By the decision of the jury, Ekaterina Mechetina and Boris Androanov the special prize of the Mayor of Krasnoyarsk for the best performance of Trio élégiaque by Rachmaninoff in the third round and 200 000 roubles is awarded to Yujie Xu, China.

The special prize of Daniel Austrich — the 2-year right to play the violin by the French master Jean-Auguste Dart, made in the second part of the XIX century in France, made in the atelier of Nicolas Vuillaume goes to Nelly Efimova, Russia.

The special prize of the Krasnoyarsk Philharmonic Hall and the Siberian State Symphony Orchestra — performance with the Siberian State Symphony Orchestra next season goes to Valeriya Abramova, Russia.

Competition laureate Yinuo Fang (China) received the following awards:

  • The special prize of Valery Gergiev — performance with the Mariinsky Orchestra in China is awarded to Yinuo Fang, China.
  • A special prize is the opportunity to take part in the International Youth Arts Festival “Green Noise” (Surgut) in April 2024 from the president of the festival, guest soloist of the competition, Honored Artist of Russia Ekaterina Mechetina.
  • The special prize of Daniel Austrich - a concert with the chamber orchestra of the Saratov State Conservatory.
