Each and every participant whom I’ve seen here is a talented kid. All of them played fantastically, but some instruments are of bad quality with h weak sound. I hope, that our violin will bring them success. – Said master.

This violin is a replica inspired by ancient classical instruments by prominent Italian violin master Antonio Stradivari.

Handcrafted Laubach master violin is made of high quality selected resonant wood - Tyrolean spruce and European alpine maple, traditionally dried in natural conditions for at least 38 years. Fretboard is made of naturally dried African ebony. The violin has acoustic characteristics for solo performance, as part of a small ensemble or orchestra.

Craftsman hand varnishing in the old Italian violin style. On top of the golden soil, a transparent colored varnish in amber-brown tones, brewed according to an old Venetian recipe on the basis of natural resins and balsams, using natural oils and minerals. The violin is skillfully worked out by the master elements of antiquity with distinctive signs.

Igor Laubach is a violin maker. He opened his own violin studio-workshop in the Bavarian town of Bamberg in 2003. The main working area of the Laubach violin workshop is the construction of authentic string instruments. Numerous musicians playing instruments made by Laubach, won prizes at international competitions.
