The Executive Directorate of the Viktor Tretyakov International Violin Competition noted the interest in the competition from young talents!
The youngest participant in the preselection round was 15-year-old violinist Guo Fengning (China). Despite his young age, the musician showed outstanding results and was among the strongest participants in the preselection round. * However, according to the paragraph 1.7. of the "Competition Regulations", persons who have reached the age of 16, but not older than 32 years at the start of the competition, can take part in it. Therefore, we are pleased to invite the young performer to take part in the competition in 2027!
