I Viktor Tretyakov International Violin Competition was held with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Krasnoyarsk region from September 23 to October 1, 2018. 21 musicians from 11 countries took part in the competition. 4 violinists from Japan, China and Russia became finalists of the competition. Sergey Dogadin won the competition

The III Viktor Tretyakov International Violin Competition was held from September 20 to October 1, 2023 and brought together 22 participants from 6 countries at the full-time stage.
