Competition Regulations
1.1. The current Provisions regulate rules and conditions of the Viktor Tretyakov International Violin Competition (hereinafter – the Competition).
1.2. Aims and objectives of the Competition. The Competition aims to present the Krasnoyarsk region as one of the cultural centers of the Russian Federation, which unites events, professionals and gifted young people in the field of arts and culture. The objectives of the Competition are: − to preserve and continue the best violin school traditions; − to support professional advancement of talented young violinists from Russia and other countries; − to enrich a cultural life of the Krasnoyarsk region with spectacular art events.
1.3. The Competition takes place in Krasnoyarsk in the second half-year once every two years.
1.4. The Founder of the Competition is the Ministry of Culture of the Krasnoyarsk region (hereinafter – the Founder). The Competition is held with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Krasnoyarsk region.
1.5. The Organizers of the Competition are the Regional State Autonomous Cultural Institution “Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs”, the Regional State Autonomous Cultural Institution “Krasnoyarsk Regional Philharmonic”, the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education “Dmitri Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk State Academy of Arts” (hereinafter – the Organizers). The partners of the Competition are the Administration of Krasnoyarsk city, and the Municipal Budget Cultural Institution “Krasnoyarsk Chamber Orchestra”.
1.6. The Jury Chairman of the Competition is Viktor Tretyakov, the People's Artist of the USSR (hereinafter – Chairman of the Jury).
1.7. The Competition is open to violinists from all countries, who are aged from 16 to 32 years inclusive at the commencement of the Competition.
1.8. The Provisions of the Competition are available on the official website of the Competition www.violintretyakovcompetition.com (hereinafter – the Competition website).
1.9. The Competition venues:

The Competition is financed from the following sources: regional and federal budget funds, funds received from rendering of services and other Organizers’ income-generating activities, charitable foundations and other non-budget funds.

The Organizers of the Competition are the Regional State Autonomous Cultural Institution “Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs”, the Regional State Autonomous Cultural Institution “Krasnoyarsk Regional Philharmonic”, the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education “Dmitri Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk State Academy of Arts” (hereinafter – the Organizers). The partners of the Competition are the Administration of Krasnoyarsk city, and the Municipal Budget Cultural Institution “Krasnoyarsk Chamber Orchestra”.

2.1. The Organizing Committee of the Competition (hereinafter – the Organizing Committee) is formed by the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk region in order to organize and hold the Competition. The Organizing Committee ensures approves the organizational plan for the preparation of the Competition, members of the Preselection Jury, members of the Competition Jury, the program of the Competition.
2.2. The Organizers:
2.2.1. Regional State Autonomous Cultural Institution “Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs” receives and registers applications of applicants for participation in the Competition; advises applicants and participants of the Competition on organizational issues; forms the program of the Competition, the lists of the Preselection Jury members and the Competition Jury for approval by the Organizing Committee; interacts with the Jury of the Competition; ensures the administration of the Competition website, the timeliness of posting information materials; coordinates the meeting and transfer of Competition participants from the airport of Krasnoyarsk to the place of accommodation in Krasnoyarsk; organizes and holding the draw of the Competition participants, the preselection and main rounds of the Competition, the opening and closing ceremonies of the Competition; ensures the preparation of award documents; organizes online broadcasts and/or video recording of public performances of the Competition participants; organizes advertising and information support of the Competition. 2.2.2. The Regional State Autonomous Cultural Institution “Krasnoyarsk Regional Philharmonic” participates in the organization of the draw, the third and fourth rounds of the Competition, the opening and closing ceremonies of the Competition; provides concert halls, facilities for rehearsals by the Competition participants.
2.2.3. The Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education “Dmitri Hvorostovsky” (hereinafter – Krasnoyarsk State Academy of Arts) participates in the organization of the draw, the first and second rounds of the Competition, master classes of the jury of the Competition; provides concert halls for the first and second rounds of the Competition, halls for acoustic rehearsals; draws up a schedule of acoustic rehearsals and a schedule of rehearsal classes; organizes the work of volunteers accompanying the participants of the Competition.
2.3. The Executive Directorate of the Competition is created by the Founder to conduct the Competition. The Executive Directorate of the Competition is formed from representatives of the Founder, Organizers and Partners.
2.4. The Executive Directorate of the Competition: forms the schedule for the main rounds of the Competition, rehearsals; forms a list of accompanists, illustrators of the Competition; approves the schedule of the Competition.
2.2. The Organizers:
2.2.1. 2.2.2. The Regional State Autonomous Cultural Institution “Krasnoyarsk Regional Philharmonic” participates in the organization of the draw, the third and fourth rounds of the Competition, the opening and closing ceremonies of the Competition; provides concert halls, facilities for rehearsals by the Competition participants.
2.2.3. The Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education “Dmitri Hvorostovsky” (hereinafter – Krasnoyarsk State Academy of Arts) participates in the organization of the draw, the first and second rounds of the Competition, master classes of the jury of the Competition; provides concert halls for the first and second rounds of the Competition, halls for acoustic rehearsals; draws up a schedule of acoustic rehearsals and a schedule of rehearsal classes; organizes the work of volunteers accompanying the participants of the Competition.
2.3. The Executive Directorate of the Competition is created by the Founder to conduct the Competition. The Executive Directorate of the Competition is formed from representatives of the Founder, Organizers and Partners.
2.4. The Executive Directorate of the Competition: forms the schedule for the main rounds of the Competition, rehearsals; forms a list of accompanists, illustrators of the Competition; approves the schedule of the Competition.
3.1. The Competition consists of the preselection round (video selection) and four main rounds: first, second, third and fourth (final).
3.2. All applicants, who submitted application forms together with their appendices, participate in the preselection round. The Preselection Jury of the Competition examines applicants based on their submitted videos and documentation.
3.3. According to the results of the preselection round, not more than 25 (twenty-five) violinists are allowed to participate in the first main round. The decision of the Preselection Jury on the admission of applicants (hereinafter – the Winners of the preselection round) is published on the official website of the Competition not later than two months before the first main round starts. The Winners of the preselection round shall receive email invitations for participation in the main rounds sent by the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs).
3.4. Not more than 12 (twelve) violinists are allowed to participate in the second main round.
3.5. Not more than 8 (eight) violinists are allowed to participate in the third main round.
3.6. Not more than 6 (six) violinists are allowed to participate in the fourth main round.
3.7. By decision of the Competition Jury, a number of violinists in excess of that specified in paragraphs 3.4-3.6 of the Provisions may be allowed to participate in the next round of the Competition.
3.8. In the first and second rounds the participants perform solo pieces and (or) chamber program, in the third round the participants are accompanied by the chamber orchestra, in the fourth round – by the symphony orchestra.
3.9. The participants may have a personal accompanist, who should be indicated in the application form, or may perform with an accompanist designated by the Executive Directorate of the Competition (2 rehearsals of 30 minutes and a performance in the second round).
3.10. The order of Competition performances of the participants in the first round is determined by drawing lots and is maintained throughout all main rounds of the Competition. The Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) conducts a draw at the opening ceremony of the Competition in the presence of all Competition participants who have arrived. During the draw, the participants are invited to take part in the draw in alphabetical order by the surnames. If a participant cannot attend the draw owing to circumstances beyond his/her control, he or she must send an email at info@vtcompetition.com justifying the absence not later than 1 hour before the opening ceremony (the start time of the draw is specified in the invitation). In this case the order of performance for such participant is assigned by the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs).
3.11. The Organizers provide the participants with rehearsal rooms (for not less than one hour according to the Competition schedule made by the Executive Directorate) and concert halls for acoustic rehearsals before each round (for not more than 20 minutes).
3.12. All music pieces must be performed from memory, with the exception of the sonatas for violin and piano.
3.13. The Competition is conducted in accordance with the program published on the Competition website within 15 days from the date of posting information about the results of the preselection round of the Competition.
3.14. All main rounds of the Competition are open to the public.
3.15. The participants are not allowed to contact the Jury members while participating in the Competition.
3.16. The results of the first, second and third rounds of the Competition are announced by the Jury Chairman at the end of each round on the day of the competitive auditions.
3.17. The results of the fourth round are announced by the Jury Chairman at the award ceremony of the Competition.
3.2. All applicants, who submitted application forms together with their appendices, participate in the preselection round. The Preselection Jury of the Competition examines applicants based on their submitted videos and documentation.
3.3. According to the results of the preselection round, not more than 25 (twenty-five) violinists are allowed to participate in the first main round. The decision of the Preselection Jury on the admission of applicants (hereinafter – the Winners of the preselection round) is published on the official website of the Competition not later than two months before the first main round starts. The Winners of the preselection round shall receive email invitations for participation in the main rounds sent by the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs).
3.4. Not more than 12 (twelve) violinists are allowed to participate in the second main round.

3.6. Not more than 6 (six) violinists are allowed to participate in the fourth main round.

4.1. The Jury of the Competition is formed by the Executive Directorate and consists of outstanding violinists of Russia and other countries, the composition of which is approved by the Organizing Committee.
4.2. The Jury of the Competition: evaluates participants' performance; according to the results of the main competitive auditions, determines the participants of each subsequent round and announces their names at the end of each round; based on the results of the fourth round, awards the titles of laureates of the 1st-5th degrees, the Competition Prize, the Grand Prix, and proposes a candidate for a special prize from the Governor of Krasnoyarsk region;
4.3. Within the established number of prizes, the Jury has the right: a) not to award all prizes; b) to share prizes among the participants (except Grand Prix).
4.4. The decisions of the Jury in each round are recorded in minutes.
4.5. The decisions of the Jury cannot be appealed.
4.2. The Jury of the Competition: evaluates participants' performance; according to the results of the main competitive auditions, determines the participants of each subsequent round and announces their names at the end of each round; based on the results of the fourth round, awards the titles of laureates of the 1st-5th degrees, the Competition Prize, the Grand Prix, and proposes a candidate for a special prize from the Governor of Krasnoyarsk region;
4.3. Within the established number of prizes, the Jury has the right: a) not to award all prizes; b) to share prizes among the participants (except Grand Prix).
4.4. The decisions of the Jury in each round are recorded in minutes.
4.5. The decisions of the Jury cannot be appealed.
5.1. The Founder decides on the deadlines for accepting applications no less than four months before the start of the first main round of the Competition. The founder has the right to decide to extend the deadline for accepting applications; information about this is posted by the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) on the website of the Competition, at least 3 days before the deadline for accepting applications.
5.2. An electronic application form (hereinafter – the Application) can be submitted on the Competition website www.violintretyakovcompetition.com. The application form, information on the deadline for submitting applications is posted by the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) on the Competition website.
5.3. The application is submitted together with the following appendices: a copy of the main identity document of the applicant (passport, or an ID card, etc.); a short biography (approximately 1000 characters); 3 color photos in digital format with a resolution of at least 300 dpi, including one close-up photo for publication; a copy of the documents confirming the music education or a certificate on studies or the period of studies at a musical educational institution; copies of diplomas of international competitions with the title of laureate over the last 3 years (if available); a detailed performance program with an indication of keys, opus, and duration of chosen compositions (the deadline for changes to the program is 2 months before the beginning of the first round of the Competition); a link to a video performance of a 20-minute program (free repertoire of a participant's choice), which is unedited and made from January of the year preceding the year of the Competition to June of the year of the Competition; consent to personal data processing.
5.4. The application is to be filled out in English or Russian. The applications that have not been filled out in accordance with the provided form, or have been submitted without required appendices or after deadline will not be accepted. All submitted documents and materials will not be returned.
5.5. By applying to take part in the Competition, applicants indicate their acceptance of the rules of the current Provisions and consent to personal data processing (appendices No. 1, 2 to this Provisions).
5.2. An electronic application form (hereinafter – the Application) can be submitted on the Competition website www.violintretyakovcompetition.com. The application form, information on the deadline for submitting applications is posted by the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) on the Competition website.
5.3. The application is submitted together with the following appendices: a copy of the main identity document of the applicant (passport, or an ID card, etc.); a short biography (approximately 1000 characters); 3 color photos in digital format with a resolution of at least 300 dpi, including one close-up photo for publication; a copy of the documents confirming the music education or a certificate on studies or the period of studies at a musical educational institution; copies of diplomas of international competitions with the title of laureate over the last 3 years (if available); a detailed performance program with an indication of keys, opus, and duration of chosen compositions (the deadline for changes to the program is 2 months before the beginning of the first round of the Competition); a link to a video performance of a 20-minute program (free repertoire of a participant's choice), which is unedited and made from January of the year preceding the year of the Competition to June of the year of the Competition; consent to personal data processing.
5.4. The application is to be filled out in English or Russian. The applications that have not been filled out in accordance with the provided form, or have been submitted without required appendices or after deadline will not be accepted. All submitted documents and materials will not be returned.
5.5. By applying to take part in the Competition, applicants indicate their acceptance of the rules of the current Provisions and consent to personal data processing (appendices No. 1, 2 to this Provisions).
6.1. All music pieces should be performed completely.
6.2. Works performed by Competition participants in the 1st round:
1. J. S. Bach. The first two parts from any Sonata for solo violin.
2. N. Paganini. One of the 24 Caprices for solo violin Op. 1.
3. The participant can choose one of the following options: E. Ysaÿe. One of the Sonatas for solo violin: Sonata No. 3 "Ballade" or Sonata No. 6; F. Kreisler. Recitativo and Scherzo for solo violin, Op. 6.;
F. Schubert – W. Ernst. Grand Caprice on “Forest King” for solo violin;
N. Milstein. “Paganiniana”; N. Paganini. Introduction and Variations for solo violin on the theme of G. Paisiello “The Beautiful Miller's Wife”.
6.3. Works performed by Competition participants in the 2nd round:
1. The participant is free to choose one of the following options - any of the following list of sonatas for violin and piano: sonatas of L. van Beethoven, F. Schubert, R. Schumann, J. Brahms, E. Grieg, C. Franck, M. Ravel, C. Debussy, R. Strauss, B. Bartok, S. Prokofiev and other classical and romantic sonatas.
2. Any piece of S.V. Rachmaninoff : Romance (“April”), Vocalise, Op. 34, No.14; Prelude Op. 23 No.4; Daisies, Op. 38 No. 3; Serenade, Op. 3, No. 5; Romance, Op. 6, No. 1; Women's Dance from the Opera “Aleko”.
3. The participant is free to choose any virtuoso piece of N. Paganini, F. Schubert, G. Wieniawski, K. Saint Saens, E. Ysaÿe, M. Ravel, W. Ernst, P. de Sarasate, Ph. Wachsmann and other composers.
4. R. Kim. “Romance”. Special composition of the Competition.
6.4. Works performed by Competition participants in the 3rd round:
W. Mozart. Concerto for violin and orchestra at the choice of the participant.
Concerts are accompanied by the Krasnoyarsk Chamber Orchestra.
At the request of the participant of the Competition, any of the Concertos by W. Mozart for violin and orchestra can be performed by him without a conductor. The participant informs about his decision when submitting the application.
6.5. Works performed by Competition participants in the 4th round:
The participant is free to choose any Concerto for violin and orchestra from the following list: L. van Beethoven, J. Brahms, J. Sibelius, F. Mendelssohn, P. Tchaikovsky, N. Paganini (Concerto No. 1 or No. 2), S. Prokofiev (No. 1 or No. 2), D. Shostakovich (No. 1 or No. 2), H. Wieniawski (No. 1 or No. 2), M. Bruch (No. 1), É. Lalo (“Symphonie espagnole”), H. Vieuxtemps (No. 5).
Concerts are accompanied by the Siberian State Symphony Orchestra.
6.2. Works performed by Competition participants in the 1st round:
1. J. S. Bach. The first two parts from any Sonata for solo violin.

4. R. Kim. “Romance”. Special composition of the Competition.
6.4. Works performed by Competition participants in the 3rd round:
W. Mozart. Concerto for violin and orchestra at the choice of the participant.
Concerts are accompanied by the Krasnoyarsk Chamber Orchestra.
At the request of the participant of the Competition, any of the Concertos by W. Mozart for violin and orchestra can be performed by him without a conductor. The participant informs about his decision when submitting the application.
6.5. Works performed by Competition participants in the 4th round:
The participant is free to choose any Concerto for violin and orchestra from the following list: L. van Beethoven, J. Brahms, J. Sibelius, F. Mendelssohn, P. Tchaikovsky, N. Paganini (Concerto No. 1 or No. 2), S. Prokofiev (No. 1 or No. 2), D. Shostakovich (No. 1 or No. 2), H. Wieniawski (No. 1 or No. 2), M. Bruch (No. 1), É. Lalo (“Symphonie espagnole”), H. Vieuxtemps (No. 5).
Concerts are accompanied by the Siberian State Symphony Orchestra.
7.1. Participant who successfully passed the preselection round (winner of the preselection round) must confirm his/her participation in the Competition within 7 days after the announcement of the results on the Competition website, and send an e-mail about the dates and route of his/her arrival and departure to the Executive Directorate.
7.2. If the participant does not confirm his/her participation within the prescribed period or does not provide all necessary information in due time, the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) has the right to invite an applicant next in the rating to participate in the first round of the Competition. This decision is made by the Preselection Jury, whose meeting must take place within 10 days from the date of publication of the preselection round results. The decision of the Preselection Jury is published within 2 days on the Competition website.
7.3. The winner of the preselection round is provided by the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) with an economy class air or railway ticket:
- for arrival in Krasnoyarsk;
- for departure, after the end of the competition, from Krasnoyarsk.
Travel documents are handed over to the participant of the Competition to the e-mail address specified in the application before arrival in Krasnoyarsk.
After receiving the travel documents, the participant of the Competition is solely responsible for their safety and implementation as intended.
7.4. In case of departure of the Participant of the Competition from Krasnoyarsk before the end of the Competition and also if the participant wishes to change the waypoints indicated in the travel documents, he (she) independently and at his own expense replaces the travel documents.
7.5. From the day of arrival to Krasnoyarsk, but not earlier than one day before the first round of the Competition, and until the end of the Competition, but not later than one day after the end of the Competition, the winner of the preselection round is provided with accommodation in a single room of a minimum three-star hotel and three meals daily by the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs).
Accompanying persons of the Competition participants, including their accompanists, arrive at the Competition at their own expense. The Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) ensures that formal invitations are sent, if necessary.
7.6. In the case that entry into the territory of a foreign state from the Russian Federation requires a person to have a test result for COVID-19 (PCR test), if necessary, the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) provides the participant of the Competition with testing for COVID-19 (PCR -test) on the eve of departure by international route, with the provision of the test result in Russian and English.
If the winner of the preselection round falls ill with COVID-19 caused by 2019-nCoV during his participation in the main rounds in Krasnoyarsk, the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) ensures his stay (accommodation, meals) on the period of self-isolation in accordance with medical indications (conclusions), as well as travel documents (air or railway tickets of economy class) along the route: Krasnoyarsk to the place of residence (stay).
7.7. The winners of the preselection round who received an invitation for participation in the Competition must independently and in due times do the following:
contact the Consulate of the Russian Federation to apply for a Russian visa based on the invitation provided by the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) and cover related costs (for residents of a country that has a visa regime with the Russian Federation);
no more than 2 days before arrival in the territory of the Russian Federation they are tested for COVID-19 (PCR test), and they must have the results of a negative PCR test (this requirement does not apply to citizens of the Republic of Belarus);
take out health insurance;
fill out the customs declaration indicating the music instrument imported by him/her when entering the territory of the Russian Federation;
pay excess luggage charges on the route to Krasnoyarsk and back.
7.8. Participants of the Competition who arrived to participate in the main rounds of the Competition pay a non-refundable registration fee in Russian rubles, the amount of which is 10 000 (ten thousand) rubles.
7.9. Payment of the registration fee is made in cash to the Organizer's (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) cash desk, or by bank transfer to the Organizer's treasury account:

Purpose of payment – registration fee for participation in the Violin Competition.
The fee for non-cash transfer of the registration fee is paid by the applicant in excess of the amount of the registration fee.
Participant of the Competition who has not paid the registration fee
is not allowed to further participate in the Competition, and is considered to have refused to participate in the competitive auditions without a valid reason. During the draw, the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) has the right to demand from the Participant of the Competition a copy of the document confirming the payment of the registration fee before the start of the first main round of the Competition.
7.10. The violinists who arrived to participate in the main rounds of the Competition and refused to participate without exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances (illness of the participant, illness and/or death of a close relative) are considered to independently bear all the expenses for their arrival/departure/stay in Krasnoyarsk.
In this case, the participant of the Competition within 30 calendar days from the date of his/her arrival in Krasnoyarsk is obliged to reimburse the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) the expenses incurred upon arrival/departure/stay in Krasnoyarsk.
Refusal to participate in the Competition should be sent to the email: info@vtcompetition.com.
7.2. If the participant does not confirm his/her participation within the prescribed period or does not provide all necessary information in due time, the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) has the right to invite an applicant next in the rating to participate in the first round of the Competition. This decision is made by the Preselection Jury, whose meeting must take place within 10 days from the date of publication of the preselection round results. The decision of the Preselection Jury is published within 2 days on the Competition website.
7.3. The winner of the preselection round is provided by the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) with an economy class air or railway ticket:
- for arrival in Krasnoyarsk;
- for departure, after the end of the competition, from Krasnoyarsk.
Travel documents are handed over to the participant of the Competition to the e-mail address specified in the application before arrival in Krasnoyarsk.
After receiving the travel documents, the participant of the Competition is solely responsible for their safety and implementation as intended.
7.4. In case of departure of the Participant of the Competition from Krasnoyarsk before the end of the Competition and also if the participant wishes to change the waypoints indicated in the travel documents, he (she) independently and at his own expense replaces the travel documents.

8.1. Awards and the Special Prize of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk region for laureates of the Competition are:
Grand prix – 1 200 000 (one million two hundred) Russian rubles;
1st prize – 1 000 000 (one million) Russian rubles;
2nd prize – 800 000 (eight hundred thousand) Russian rubles;
3rd prize – 500 000 (five hundred thousand) Russian rubles;
4th prize – 300 000 (three hundred thousand) Russian rubles;
5th prize – 150 000 (hundred and fifty thousand) Russian rubles;
the Special Prize of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk region – 500,000 (five hundred thousand) rubles;
8.2. All awards and the special prize of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk region are paid in rubles.
8.3. All awards and a special prize of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk region are subject to personal income tax in accordance with the tax legislation of the Russian Federation. All awards and special prizes expressed in cash, less relevant taxes, are transferred by the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) to the bank details provided by the Competition participant to the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) at the end of the fourth round. The tax agent for such payments is the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs).
Whereas it is necessary to fulfill the obligation to pay the personal income tax, the participants must provide a TIN certificate (if available) or its equivalent (for non-Russian residents, if available) as well as an insurance number of an individual personal account (SNILS) or its equivalent (for foreign participants).

9.2. The Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) has all rights to broadcast and distribute audio and video, photographs of the Competition rounds and events, including laureates' concerts, without fees to the participants.
9.3. The participants and their accompanists are obliged to sign a document confirming their consent to the use by the Organizer specified in clause 9.2. materials of this section of the Provisions. The Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) does not bear any financial obligations to the participants for the use of the obtained materials.
9.4. The Executive Directorate does not provide the participants, accompanists and other accompanying persons with any types of insurance.
9.5. The laureates of the Competition will be required to perform without compensation at the closing ceremony and gala concert of the Competition.
9.6. The participants of the Competition must not have any other professional commitments while participating in all main rounds of the Competition.
9.7. The application signed by an applicant is evidence that he/she fully accepts the terms of the current Provisions and gives his consent to the personal data processing. An applicant bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information specified in the application. In case of inconsistency of the data and/or its inaccurate indication for any reason, the Executive Directorate shall not be liable for any errors made in the award documents. In case of erroneous data due to the fault of the participant, the award documents shall be made repeatedly after a written claim from the participant (or his/her legal representative) was received by the Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs). The reissued award document will be sent by cash on delivery to the address notified by the participant. 9.8. All information published on the Competition website is correct at the time of publication. The Executive Directorate reserves the right to make changes to the schedule of the Competition before the first round. In case of any disagreements in the interpretation of the texts and conditions in Russian and English versions, the Russian version is the correct one to resolve the disputes.
9.2. The Organizer (Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs) has all rights to broadcast and distribute audio and video, photographs of the Competition rounds and events, including laureates' concerts, without fees to the participants.
